Located on a prominent corner lot in Platte Park, 1890 S Grant Street presented an opportunity to create a home with a strong architectural presence from every angle. To take advantage of the property’s visibility, the design incorporated a distinctive side chimney and additional brick detailing, creating a more balanced and visually compelling exterior.
Inside, the focus was on light, volume, and livability. Expansive windows, soaring ceilings, and thoughtfully selected finishes fill the home with natural light, while custom details and craftsmanship bring warmth and sophistication throughout.
