Designed to complement the timeless character of Washington Park, 525 S High Street embodies a classic, elegant, and sophisticated approach to modern living. Inspired by the neighborhood’s beloved brick-and-cottage architecture, the home features custom white oak millwork, refined finishes, and thoughtfully crafted spaces filled with natural light. In collaboration with interior designer Pamela Chelle, every detail was carefully considered to create a warm, luxurious residence that feels both elevated and perfectly at home in its surroundings. 

1968 S Pennsylvania Street was inspired by the walkable, urban lifestyle that defines the South Broadway area. Surrounded by local restaurants, coffee shops, and neighborhood favorites, the vision was to create a home that felt connected to the energy of its surroundings while maintaining a timeless sense of style.

Rather than leaning into an overly modern aesthetic, the home was designed with a transitional style that balances clean lines and contemporary living with warmth and character. Bold selections and rich, darker tones were thoughtfully incorporated throughout the interior, creating a sophisticated atmosphere that feels distinctive without sacrificing timeless appeal. The result is a residence that feels perfectly suited to one of Denver’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
